Job Summary

  • Supports day to day continuous patient safety improvement for assigned facilities and mentors and coaches teammates to ensure the achievement of departmental patient safety goals.
  • Serves as a team leader, preceptor, mentor and coach to patient safety teammates, as well as a System expert for patient safety training and new initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • RN or other clinical licensure preferred
  • Certification in health care quality preferred
  • 5-7 years healthcare experience
  • 2-4 years leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Lean Concepts preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Previous experience or knowledge of TJC preferred
