Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
  • This position is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple levels of employees either directly and indirectly, including hiring, training, budgeting, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems and terminations.
  • Must maintain licensing credentials for an Administrator and be proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
