Job Summary
As a Speech Pathologist, your empathy, compassion and exceptional evaluation abilities lead to rehabilitative treatment programs that restore or improve patient’s optimal level of function, independence and quality of life.
Perform a complete initial evaluation of referred patient; develop and implement treatment plans, including appropriate short- and long-term goals; involve the patient, family and staff in the implementation of the treatment program.
Maintain a complete documentation of patient evaluations, treatment, progress and discharge status; send required information to appropriate professionals.
