Job Summary

  • Oversee the WASH intervention of WVB BRCR following the donor guideline, WASH sector standard and WVB strategy.
  • Responsible for developing the detailed program implementation plan, ensuring its smooth implementation, and manage the team’s performance of project tasks and activities.
  • Maintain and create strategic partnerships and networks with donor agencies, WASH sector, government offices like DPHE and I/NGOs.

Key Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years' relevant work experience
  • 4 years WASH experience in emergency
  • Experience managing large team
  • BSc in Civil Engineering/Water Supply & Sanitation
  • Master’s in Public Health, Environmental science, URP, project management or related field
  • Excellent spoken and written Bangla and English
