Nice-to-have

  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Experience with catheters or sheaths
  • PMP Certified or Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Strong negotiation and trade-off skills
  • Cross-functional relationship building in matrix orgs
  • DRM and DFSS certification
  • Coach and develop team members

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with 7 years relevant experience
  • OR Advanced degree with 5 years relevant experience
  • U.S. work authorization required for roles below Principal level
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
  • Medical device product development experience preferred
