Job Summary
This role will play a key part in supporting decision-making and driving continuous improvement within the Inventory and Driver Check-In (DCI) functions, always keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy, service levels, error rates, and team productivity.
Key responsibilities include generating reports, providing insights, delivering training, collaborating with other departments, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
