Job Summary

  • Lead the 2nd and 3rd shift automation maintenance department, establishing work schedules and prioritizing repairs to ensure equipment OEE goals.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, and develop/train the team on procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in value engineering projects to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve equipment reliability and uptime.
