Job Summary

  • As an autonomous driving map engineer, you will participate in building a high-precision map platform for autonomous driving, including the complete technical chain of Web visualization, spatial data processing, 3D rendering, point cloud processing, and backend service development.
  • You will work closely with algorithm, simulation, and autonomous driving system teams to build core map infrastructure for perception, positioning, planning, and simulation.

Key Requirements

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and at least one mainstream frontend framework (React/Vue)
  • Understanding of Web frontend engineering processes (Webpack, Vite)
  • Experience with WebGL, Three.js, Mapbox GL, OpenLayers, or Cesium
  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, preferably PostGIS
  • Basic engineering capabilities (server deployment, log monitoring, Docker)
  • Understanding of GIS core concepts (coordinate systems, projections, spatial indexing)
  • Familiarity with common data formats (GeoJSON, Shapefile, TIFF, MVT, OSM)
  • Experience with GIS tools (GDAL/OGR, QGIS, ArcGIS)
