Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality of resident information, assist with mobility and personal care, and report any changes or incidents promptly to supervisors.
  • The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and adherence to established policies and procedures.
