The Business System Analyst acts as a vital link between Finance Business Services, Technology & Digital Services, and external vendors to analyze business processes and design efficient solutions.
This role is responsible for the implementation, support, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 for Finance to optimize Order to Cash (O2C) processes across APAC markets.

POS and online sales integration
Regional APAC market experience
Stakeholder and vendor management
Nice-to-have
Agile or PMP certified
Microsoft Certificates on Dynamics 365
X++ and SQL knowledge
Retail, hospitality, or luxury retail experience
Collaborative and attention to details
Self-motivated and efficient
Key Requirements
At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or AX 2012
Experience in systems implementation/enhancement/configurations
Experience in O2C process (including POS and online sales)
Experience working at a regional level (with multiple APAC countries)
University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related disciplines
