Must-have
7 years revenue cycle operations experience
2 years education or leadership roles
Extensive EMR revenue cycle modules experience
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle cause-and-effect
Ability to analyze data for training strategies
Nice-to-have
EPIC system experience preferred
Master's degree in related field
Professional certification in revenue cycle
Instructional design and mentorship skills
Collaboration with senior leadership teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HIM, Healthcare Administration, Business, or Education (Master's preferred)
Minimum 7 years in revenue cycle operations
At least 2 years in education or leadership roles
Required certification: RHIA, CRCR, CPC, CCS, CPB, CHAA, or CHAM
