Performs expert-level repairs and preventive maintenance, and/or designs mechanical and electrical equipment improvements, as well as complex systems.
Leads shift work groups, assigns activities, and supervises their quality, while driving work under the TPM/WCM methodology.
Leads a staff of technicians on their shift and teams up with other departments to enhance production line work, ensuring minimal maintenance impact on equipment.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years as Maintenance Team Leader
Technical degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics/Automation
Experience with HVAC, Presses, Assembly Lines, Chains and Conveyors
Knowledge of Personnel Management, LOTO, Computer, TPM, Electricity/Electronics
