Job Summary

  • As a product leader on the Customer Resiliency team, you’ll be working with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Design, Operations and Data Scientists supporting Customer Resiliency strategy within Canada card.
  • Your primary mission will be to define, execute, and continuously iterate on customer-centric strategies that help customers get back on track with credit, acting as a bridge between technical innovation and business strategy.
