Must-have
5+ years IT incident management experience
ITIL practices in Incident Problem Change Management
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Docker Linux Windows
Fluency in English required
Ability to manage multiple complex incidents simultaneously
Nice-to-have
ITIL certification preferred
Experience in DevOps networking or system architecture
Spanish and Portuguese language skills
Proactive approach to incident prevention
Excellent organizational and facilitation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years experience in high-availability mission-critical environments
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
English fluency mandatory; Spanish/Portuguese plus
