Must-have

  • 5+ years IT incident management experience
  • ITIL practices in Incident Problem Change Management
  • Experience with Azure Kubernetes Docker Linux Windows
  • Fluency in English required
  • Ability to manage multiple complex incidents simultaneously

Nice-to-have

  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience in DevOps networking or system architecture
  • Spanish and Portuguese language skills
  • Proactive approach to incident prevention
  • Excellent organizational and facilitation skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years experience in high-availability mission-critical environments
