Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary SWBC PEO representative and contact with assigned clients and shared employees to fulfill customer service needs.
  • Maintain payroll-related accounts, process multi-state payroll, and ensure accuracy of the payroll system.
  • Collect and accurately process new hire paperwork, including W-4 and I-9 documents, and process E-Verify.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll processing
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with garnishments & general deductions
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with W-2 & I-9 maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Working knowledge of processing job costed and certified payrolls
  • Knowledge of time clock systems
  • Knowledge of Department of Labor and Fair Labor Standards Act
  • Proficient skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
