Job Summary
Join our HR Technology team as a Senior Specialist focused on the configuration and support of Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Talent Management solutions within a complex, matrixed environment.
You will execute heavy configuration within the Workday application, specifically focusing on Recruiting and Talent modules, and support third-party talent acquisition systems.
Partner closely with HR Technology Process and Solutions leads, Global Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Operations Teams to resolve complex business problems independently and collaboratively.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years Workday Global Talent Acquisition/Recruiting configuration
Minimum 2 years leading or executing technology UAT and end-to-end system testing
Demonstrated understanding of data privacy principles
Experience leading projects in deadline-driven environments
