Job Summary

• We are Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering team creating and implementing innovative technologies that make the impossible possible and enabling the future of aerospace.
• In this role you will report directly to the Engineering Director of Commercial Modifications and be responsible for leading strategy development and deployment across our global team.
• The successful candidate in this role will be comfortable working with senior leadership to capture inputs and deploy strategies.

Salary

Senior (Level 4): $140,000 - $189,750; Lead (Level 5): $175,950 - $238,050; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid/unpaid time away from work.

• 7+ years of industry experience
