Job Summary

  • Spaulding Adaptive Sports Centers provides children and adults of all levels of ability the opportunity to live active, healthy lives through participation in a variety of adaptive sports and recreational activities.
  • A Lead Associate fulfills all responsibilities of an Adaptive Sports Associate while assuming additional leadership, mentorship, and operational responsibilities, partnering closely with the Regional Manager.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health or Adaptive Sports related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certification

  • 5+ Years Adaptive Sport programming experience
