Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
  • Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including monitoring census, developing budgets, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Actively involved in resolving HR issues, Risk Management situations, and contract negotiations with vendors, while developing and executing creative ideas to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover.
