Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Conventional Machining Processes including Turning and Milling
  • Root cause analysis using statistical analysis tools
  • Value Stream Mapping and PFMEA implementation
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
  • Cutting tool and work holding selection

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Nickel and Titanium parts manufacturing
  • Six Sigma project leadership or coaching experience
  • Knowledge of DFSS, Red-X, and Lean methodologies
  • Proficiency in Minitab and other statistical software
  • Experience in Rotating Parts Manufacturing

Key Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering required
  • Minimum 10 years direct manufacturing experience
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
  • Demonstrated proficiency in complex manufacturing projects
