• The Transformation Management Office (TMO) drives Perdue’s enterprise-wide transformation strategy, enabling sustainable competitive advantage through process, technology and organizational change.
• As a Senior Change Manager, you will lead the people side of transformation, creating and executing strategies that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and build lasting change capability.

Salary

Base: $111,000 - $167,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: annual bonus available (variable depending on performance); Benefits: competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years managing change initiatives
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Prosci certification is preferred
