Job Summary
The Home Health Director of Quality Outcomes assesses the quality of care provided to home health patients, families, and staff.
S/he audits documentation, compiles and reviews clinical performance data for quality and regulatory compliance, participates in activities to support survey readiness, provides education to support clinical development and positive outcomes, and works closely with Program leadership.
