Job Summary

  • The HSE Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Health, Safety and Environment components of the BESS delivery project in NSW.
  • Develop, implement, maintain and lead project‑specific HSE management systems, strategies and programs in line with Principal Contractor obligations and risk management requirements.
  • Lead and develop the project HSE team through effective coaching, mentoring and performance management, while providing additional HSE support as reasonably directed by senior Fluence leadership.
