  • Excellent technical skills
  • Demonstrated competence in troubleshooting issues
  • 2+ years in tech service desk or IT troubleshooting (Preferred)
  • Existing Windows management experience (Preferred)
  • Linux or Mac system knowledge (Preferred)
  • Storage technology background (Preferred)
