The Quality Manager is responsible for Quality Assurance and product safety Leadership and guidance for the overall site Quality Assurance Programs and Change Management Process to improve customer satisfaction and quality related performance.
The Site Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the quality management system, customer satisfaction, GFSI certification including verification and validation activities, quality related aspects of supplier and contract manufacturer, training, quality audits, corrective and preventive action, development of a quality culture and link with site personnel to drive continuous quality improvement.
