Job Summary

• You will be responsible for practice management and attorney/professional development for an assigned global practice group, overseeing practice management, communications, staffing, workflows, and operational processes.
• This role involves working closely with Partners, Practice Leaders, Talent Acquisition, People Development, and other Firm Departments to ensure the seamless execution of practice group goals and initiatives.
• The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule and includes responsibilities such as supporting career development programs, managing evaluation processes, and providing coaching to attorneys.

Salary

Base: $170,000 - $200,000; Bonus/Equity: year-end discretionary bonuses; Benefits: Comprehensive health care, savings plan/401(k), generous paid time off
