We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive strategic initiatives and expand our Clinical Microbiology and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) business across South Asia.
This role will focus on building partnerships with government agencies, public health institutions, research organizations, and key clinical stakeholders to develop large-scale programs and projects related to microbiology surveillance and AMR.

Key Requirements
PhD in Microbiology / Life Sciences OR Medical Doctor (MD / MBBS with relevant specialization)
3-5 years of experience in clinical microbiology, public health programs, life sciences industry, or related field
Experience managing large-scale projects, national programs, or strategic collaborations
Proven experience working with government agencies and public health stakeholders
Experience interacting with global stakeholders and cross-regional teams
