Job Summary

  • Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
  • Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering
  • Minimum of 3+ year strong working experience in ML/GenAI
  • Advanced knowledge of probability, statistics and linear algebra
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs
  • Advanced knowledge of RAG techniques
  • Must have hands-on experience with GenAI application
  • Must have Strong Proficiency in Python
  • Must have Advanced NLP skills
  • Strong Proficiency in deep learning frameworks
  • In-depth experience with learning algorithms
  • Proficiency with machine learning libraries
  • Knowledge of deep learning, NLP and NLG
  • Hands-on experience with Feature Engineering
  • Familiarity and experience with Explainable AI
  • Proven hands on full-stack expertise in Java, Angular, REST APIs
  • Strong background in System analysis, Architecture and Application development
  • Recognized SME in atleast one core area of application development
  • Bachelor’s University degree
  • Master’s degree preferred
