Job Summary
Responsible for the Electrical Design Engineering team driving excellence in the development of custom electrical switchgear solutions, bridging design and manufacturing.
Drives continuous improvement, assigns customer orders, reviews drawings, and takes accountability for the performance of design engineers.
Supports high-level testing, walks factory floors, and occasionally travels for engineering surveys or project meetings.
