Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in financial systems or business analysis
Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial systems
Hands-on experience with financial systems
Advance Excel skills
Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools
Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with systems implementation, upgrades or process improvements
Ability to lead small projects or mentor junior team members
