Key Requirements

  • Fifteen (15) years of project/program leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Business, or an equivalent field
  • PMP or related certifications (eg: DMAIC Lean Six Sigma BB, agile scrum master) are strongly preferred
