You’ll drive key marketing initiatives and execute strategic plans to strengthen the Pull-Ups® brand within the Kimberly-Clark portfolio.
You will support the development and implementation of marketing projects for Pull-Ups®, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional programs to grow the brand’s market share and presence.

Base: 116,380 – 143,740 USD; Bonus/Equity: eligibility for a target bonus; Benefits: comprehensive benefits suite, including 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years professional business experience
CPG experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of brand development
