Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and employee engagement, ensuring that BCA Engineering talent is supported and empowered to drive innovation.
  • In addition to the HRBP responsibilities, you will also drive strategic people priorities and projects across the HR BCA Engineering team, ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives and enhancing operational excellence.
  • We are open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior HRBP’s to find the best fit for this position.

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing business acumen
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years' related work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
