Job Summary

  • The Sales operation lead (SOL) is responsible for governing, strengthening and monitoring the operating framework that powers Castrol’s commercial engine across all B2C regions.
  • This role supports the implementation of Sales Operations SOPs and compliance framework, ensuring that all customer operations, sales and distributor processes being followed by sales team without any deviations.
  • As the central facilitator between HO governance teams — Controls, E&C, Finance, Digital — and the regional execution layer, the SOL ensures bringing ground realities to HO.
