The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and market expansion for the company’s thin film materials and parts across Magnetic data storage (MDS), Hard disk drives(HDD), Semiconductor, Electronics, Photovoltaic, and Decorative Coating industries. The role combines strong technical understanding of thin filmdeposition materials and parts with strategic sales execution to develop key accounts, identify new application opportunities, and expand the company’s presence in targeted markets. This position manages the full commercial cycle including Business development, customer engagement, RFQ management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation, with a focus on maximizing revenue growth and margin performance. The role requires continuous monitoring of market dynamics, customer technology roadmaps, and competitive activities to support strategic decision-making and accurate demand forecasting. Working closely with internal teams such as Application Technology, Quality, Customer Service, and Finance, the position ensures effective technical support, smooth order fulfilment, and efficient resolution of customer issues. The role also contributes to market intelligence, customer mapping, and business planning, and support long-term growth in the thin film materials market. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES 1. Key Account Management – Magnetic Data Storage (MDS) Develop and strengthen relationships with new customers in the Magnetic data storage to expand business opportunities.
