  • You will be responsible for writing, maintaining, and owning functional design specifications (FDD) including integration with other systems, and defining data flow mapping.
  • The role involves providing functional input for end-user documentation, supporting training activities, and staying updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features for continuous improvement.
