Job Summary

  • The Default Title Curative Specialist is responsible for facilitating the clearance of title defects referred by clients in connection with default, foreclosure, REO, and related mortgage servicing matters.
  • This role evaluates title searches, identifies defects, determines appropriate curative actions in accordance with investor guidelines, and collaborates with clients, vendors, creditors, title companies, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution while maintaining established service level standards.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of title, curative, default mortgage servicing, or financial services experience
  • 2+ years of Curative, REO, or Foreclosure experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
