Job Summary
This role is responsible for proactively identifying and investigating cases of misconduct—among Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), reviewing their performance data, and ensuring alignment with internal control standards.
Assess the effectiveness of controls guiding BRM activities and agent lifecycle processes (recruitment, management, offboarding).
