Job Summary
The role involves providing failure analysis support using non-destructive analysis, EFI, and PFA tools to resolve customer failures.
Candidates will perform electrical fault isolation using emission and laser stimulation techniques such as Thermal emission and Obirch/TIVA.
The position requires correlating EFI and PFA results electrically through GDS layout and schematic studies while compiling final FA reports.
