Job Summary
This position provides dedicated support to our TOMS customers, proactively monitoring package status and engaging with local centers to ensure deliveries are completed as quickly as possible.
When delays occur, TOMS communicates updates to customers through the TFA visibility platform and serves as the single point of contact for critical escalations.
The role includes high-priority intervention for packages with exceptions, requiring close coordination with UPS operations and continuous communication with destination centers.
