Job Summary

  • This position provides dedicated support to our TOMS customers, proactively monitoring package status and engaging with local centers to ensure deliveries are completed as quickly as possible.
  • When delays occur, TOMS communicates updates to customers through the TFA visibility platform and serves as the single point of contact for critical escalations.
  • The role includes high-priority intervention for packages with exceptions, requiring close coordination with UPS operations and continuous communication with destination centers.
