Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings.
This PRN APP position provides assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions for adult, primarily geriatric, patients in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities.
The role requires flexibility and travel across multiple Ohio locations to support high census needs and coverage for staff time off.
