Job Summary
This role focuses on translating special education competencies using the Enabling Skills Competencies Framework to enhance programme quality for adults with developmental disabilities.
The incumbent will provide training, coaching, and curriculum consultation to Social Service Agency staff including Master Trainers and allied health professionals.
The position is part of a 3-year pilot project aimed at redefining programmes within the Adult Disability setting to build a cohesive continuum of service across the lifespan.
