Job Summary

  • The Global Head, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) serves as the enterprise owner of CSL’s end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process, spanning Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Inventory, Financial Integration, and Executive IBP alignment.
  • This role leads multiple global departments—including the E2E IBP Integration function, Global Demand Planning, and Global Supply Planning—and directs all aspects of IBP governance, scenario integration, planning standards, data readiness, systems enablement, performance management, and enterprise IBP transformation.
  • The role establishes and implements operational plans and strategies with 1–3-year business impact, setting global policy, defining cross-functional roles and responsibilities, and shaping the strategic direction of CSL’s planning capability.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF, or equivalent certifications expected
