Job description:- 1. Establishes the overall project execution policies and procedures in line with Contractor’s management policies. 2. Represents Contractor in the execution of the work and maintains official contact with Employer. 3. Manages the work so that it can be executed correctly, efficiently, and smoothly to fulfill the duties stipulated in Employer’s specifications within the schedule to achieve satisfactory workmanship. 4. Manages all project personnel matters and settles all problems concerning organization, function, and assignment. 5. Reports the overall project status to Employer and Contractor’s Project Director. 6. Directs the planning and development of the project scope, procedures, budget, and overall schedule. 7. Reviews and approves all major change orders and periodically reviews change order controls to determine their adequacy and whether change orders are current and adequate. 8. Reviews and approves major field and home office subcontracts and purchases to assure they conform to project requirements, schedule, and budget. 9. Reviews and approves all project forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, and financial reports, and approves all expenditures that exceed assigned budgets. 10. Coordinates all contact with Employer and maintain working relationships at all levels throughout the period of the project, including major correspondence between Employer and Contractor. 11. Ensures contractual commitments are met and the work is being performed according to Employer’s instructions, the specifications, and drawings, and the terms of the contract. 12. Examines equipment procurement methods, schedules, and specific plans to ensure compatibility with the overall project schedule and budget. 13. Conducts periodic meetings with Employer to review progress, discuss construction and engineering changes suggested by Employer or recommended by Contractor, and resolve problems of coordination, schedule, and priority. 14.
