Job Summary
This is a HR generalist role that supports the Senior Assistant Director, Human Resource in the day-to-day operations of the HR department for SLF and its fund management subsidiary.
As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the HR operations and largely involved in supporting employees through the employee life cycle from On-boarding to Off-boarding, administering rewards, benefits, training and performance management, and managing HR systems.
You will also plan and execute programs supporting organisation development and employee engagement, administer HR-related surveys, procurement processes, and support end-to-end recruitment and ad-hoc projects.
