Job Summary

  • This is a HR generalist role that supports the Senior Assistant Director, Human Resource in the day-to-day operations of the HR department for SLF and its fund management subsidiary.
  • As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the HR operations and largely involved in supporting employees through the employee life cycle from On-boarding to Off-boarding, administering rewards, benefits, training and performance management, and managing HR systems.
  • You will also plan and execute programs supporting organisation development and employee engagement, administer HR-related surveys, procurement processes, and support end-to-end recruitment and ad-hoc projects.
