Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per the physician treatment plan.
Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board, and record treatment changes per policy and procedures.
Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
