The successful candidate will oversee assurance activities across passive and active infrastructure with a strong emphasis on FTTP, 5G, and HFC networks.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
FTTP, 5G & HFC network experience
GPON, DWDM & Ethernet architecture knowledge
RF fundamentals and operations expertise
Statewide travel availability required
After-hours work and on-call roster participation
Nice-to-have
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Methodical approach to escalation management
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies

Key Requirements
Hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure maintenance
Deep understanding of Telco architecture and operations
Experience with inside and outside plant network equipment
Familiarity with network assurance protocols for Ethernet, DWDM, and GPON
