  • Receive, review, assess, and process claims transactions in accordance with internal rules, Namibian product requirements, and applicable legislation.
  • Identify irregularities or potential fraud and escalate promptly to the appropriate authority while maintaining audit-ready case notes and documentation.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries and complaints, liaising with stakeholders to verify claim information and assess potential payouts.
