Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ALDS), meals, personal care, and ensuring their rooms are prepared and comfortable.
  • This role requires reporting all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to supervisors promptly, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
