Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
8-13 years experience in digital platform product management
5-7 years experience in analytics, data, or AI/ML delivery
Minimum 8 years in Pharma/Biotech commercial operations or analytics
Proven experience scaling solutions from 0→1 and 1→N
